Don't fill this:
A year of devoted, intelligent work isn't something either of us should enter quickly. Before we talk, I want to know who's actually on the other side of this page — and you deserve to know that I read every word before we meet.
Find an hour where no one needs you. Pour something warm. Answer as the woman who's actually living your life right now — not the polished version on the resume, not the version that's making everyone else comfortable. The closer you stay to the truth, the better I can decide if I'm the right coach for the year you're about to have.
The surface details. These don't tell me who you are — but they let me show up prepared.
Athena is built for women over 40. If you're younger and feel drawn here anyway, tell me a little about that in section three.
What you do, who's at home with you, the relationships and roles that take up most of your days.
Not the LinkedIn version. Not the version you tell at the school pickup line. The version you'd describe to someone who has all the time in the world to listen.
The version everyone else sees. The story your career, your family, your social media tells.
The part you don't usually say out loud. What the quiet hours feel like. What you think about when no one is asking anything of you.
The one that keeps surfacing. The one you've tried to answer alone. Write it the way it actually sounds in your own head.
Check any that apply. Or none — and explain in your own words below.
Most women have never been asked to picture this in detail. Take your time. The specifics matter more than the polish.
Not generic ("happier," "freer"). Specific. What's different on a Tuesday morning? In your calendar? In your bank account? In the conversations you're having?
Describe her. What she values. What she's done with. What she's no longer apologizing for. What she wants the second half of her life to mean.
Books, therapy, retreats, courses, mindset work, prayer, journaling. Everything counts. No judgment here — I just want to know where you're starting from.
Be honest with yourself here. This is the question most women don't let themselves answer.
A year is long. I want to coach you in the way that actually moves you — not the way I default to.
If yes, tell me briefly what worked, what didn't, and what you're hoping is different this time.
A recent loss, a health issue, a life situation that needs to be held with care. Anything I should be aware of as we begin.
The honest version. What you'd need to feel on our consultation call to know this is right. What would tell you it isn't.
I want to be clear about what you're saying yes to, so there are no surprises on our consultation call.
Thirty-six private sixty-minute coaching sessions over twelve months. Voxer or email access between sessions. Personalized session summaries. Bespoke resources built around your work. A start-of-year intensive and a closing integration.
Pay in full, or a payment plan we'll discuss on our consultation call.
Three last things. Take them slowly.
If yes, write it here. Naming it on the page takes some of its power away.
"You've spent decades becoming who everyone needed you to be. The Athena year is the year you finally make room for who you're becoming now."
I read every application personally. You'll hear from me within 48 hours.
What you just wrote isn't disappearing into a void. I'll read every word of it before we meet.
If your application feels like a fit for an Athena year, I'll be in touch within 48 hours with a private consultation link.
